How do we bring our mission to life?
Fully funded programs connecting sports industry professionals directly to high school and college students. Professionals share their pathways, advice, and help these students navigate challenging transitions from high school to college, and college to career.
College Readiness programs support high school students with increased awareness of careers in sports and support towards making an informed college decision.
Career Readiness programs support college students by building their social capital and connecting them to careers.
